I was interviewed by Louisiana Public Broadcasting, and spoke about the importance of the visual arts community in New Orleans. I returned home from Katrina evacuation to help re-set studios and start classes again. There was a lot of work to be done and many teachers/artists did not return. Those of us who did found great strength in the power of art.
